Is Therapy Confidential?

Therapy is 100% confidential, no one has access to your records asides your therapist.

Under what circumstances is therapy not confidential?

A. If you are of harm to yourself eg suicidal ideation, self harm etc., we may have to contact family members/friends to monitor you.

B. If you are a source of harm to others.

Yes, Welcome to Truth is registered with the CAC.

How much do you charge?

Individual sessions are charged at 50,000 Naira per hour and couples therapy at 170,000 naira per package of 3 sessions.

What are your working days and times?

Psychotherapy sessions are:

Sundays 12pm - 5pm (In-Person sessions)
Monday - Thursdays: 10am - 6pm (Virtual sessions)

Psychiatric sessions are:

Mondays 4 - 7pm (Virtual sessions)

Thursdays 3pm - 5pm (Virtual sessions)

Saturdays 12pm - 2pm (Virtual sessions)

What are Virtual Sessions?

These are sessions that are held via Zoom/Meet/Teams.

Session Duration?

Sessions are scheduled for one hour.
